electrical engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in
Barcelona, Spain, in 1995 and 2000.
During the period 1997-2000 he was an Assistant Professor at the Department of Electronics Engineering of the
Telecommunication Engineering School of Barcelona, where he became full-time tenure Associate Professor in 2000.
During the period August 03-January 04 he was holding a visiting scholarship at the COPEC center,
University of
Colorado
